The Work We DoProjects, Events and Volunteering
OART is dedicated to the environmental protection and enhancement of the Sussex River Ouse, the River Adur, their tributaries and impoundments. In order to fulfill our objectives we undertake a wide variety of work including both large and small scale river improvement projects, monitoring water quality and undertaking an annual sea trout watch across the catchment. This work is undertaken in a variety of ways, mainly as an independent organisation although we also undertake projects in partnership with others and through our volunteer task force.
